At ZaubX (a product of Clamator Technologies Private Limited), we respect your autonomy and privacy. You have the right to request the complete deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.

How to Request Account & Data Deletion

Because direct self-service account termination is not yet fully automated within the web and mobile interfaces, all account and data deletion requests are handled through our dedicated support process:

Compose an email from your registered address

To confirm account ownership, send the request from the email address linked to your ZaubX account.

Specify recipient and subject

Send to hello@zaubx.com with the subject line 'ZaubX Account Deletion Request'.

Include identifying account details

Provide your registered email address and phone number (if you signed up using phone verification).

Verification and processing

Our team will verify ownership and process the permanent deletion of your account and associated records.

Message: Please permanently delete my ZaubX account and all associated personal data linked to [Your Registered Email / Phone Number].

What Data Will Be Deleted

Once your deletion request is verified and executed, we permanently delete or anonymize:

Authentication and Profile Records: Your user identity, registered name, nickname, email address, phone number, and preferences.
Learning and Performance History: Test attempts, mock exam answers, accuracy metrics, solved questions, and daily current affairs streak history.
User Content & Library: Saved study notes, bookmarks, custom study plans, test templates, and uploaded documents/PDFs.

Please note that once completed, account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone or recovered.

Data Retention Exceptions

In limited cases, certain data cannot be deleted immediately. We may retain specific transactional, audit, or system log records strictly where necessary to:

Comply with applicable legal, statutory, or regulatory obligations.
Prevent security abuse, fraud, or unauthorized platform activities.
Resolve existing disputes or enforce our legal agreements.

Any retained data will be securely isolated from regular active use and purged once statutory retention requirements expire.
